At Pacer Virtual Challenges, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your physical merchandise, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital race entries and registration fees are non-refundable once the challenge has been accessed.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization form and the correct return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization form is included inside.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
